THE HOVERCRAFT BUILDER
It all started with The Bandung Institute of Technology’s (ITB) Aerokreasi unit, a sports unit specializing in aerospace and specialized vehicles. From the 1980s to the 2000s, several types of hovercraft were created,as was the WIG, a wing-in-ground-effect vehicle.Although The WIG was not yet successfully completed.
Then in 2023-2024, several alumni of The Aerokreasi unit together formed PT Aero Kreasi Internasional to develop and produce hovercraft as an alternative means of transportation in Indonesia.
